Years ago when I still participated in Bay-to-Breakers I was running for time so by the time the walkers got to this point I had already crossed the finish line at the beach.
Thus I didn't see any of what was going on back downtown. BUT all the floats and drinking was NOT occuring when I was participating.
What's not shown is what this scene WILL BECOME (and what it LOOKS like) by the time it arrives in the panhandle.....

So stupid you have to register your floats now.... Pretty soon they're going to ban FUN.
I can understand having to clean up all the trash and shit.... but seriously, this event is all about LOVE and having a good time. I didn't see a single FIGHT, or any arguements, or anything like that. EVERYONE WAS HAVING A GREAT TIME!!
