@TheLeftylegend14 It was only banned more recently. I'm in my early 30s and I saw this cartoon many times while growing up. Apparently the part where the fleas take some drags from the cigarettes on the ground is not going to be tolerated by today's pussified, politically correct world. I guess a lot of people must have started smoking after seeing that scene on "Dixieland Droopy".

The way Droopy's record broke very easily, I guess it was one of those old shellac 78-RPM discs. Those smashed REALLY easily!
