@GoCrazy523 The easiest way I've found is to get shapewear that goes over your shoulders, and two garbage bags, one filled with water inside another (so nothing leaks). It also keep the belly supported so you don't end up with it hanging between your legs and you unable to actually walk around to try out your new weight. :) I bought my shapewear on ebay for pretty cheap!
