Bush and Paulson must have been watching because today, 10-13-08, they have announced a major change of course to fund the banks via bailout bill money (record trading - the stock market's way up). Brittan with this direction from the get... US fumbled and lost big bucks - stumbling - lost.
It's been so long since the Republican machine tried to do something to be helpful (other than for themselves) turns out they're clueless.
