Thanks so much, love how you showed getting to the right consitency. I've been making my piping icing too thin. What type of meringue powder do you use. I've been struggling with clogging, can't use anything less than a 2 without having constanly clogs. I'm pretty sure it's the meringue powder. Any thoughts you have would be great as it's driving me CRAZY.
