This is a -- S T E R E O -- recording an original "old school" blues guitar instrumental I wrote called "Fresh Snapper". I like snapper, the fresher the better.
I am playing this on the 1981 Electra Omega X210 Les Paul Custom guitar, and the 1974 Ibanez Jazz bass. I built the guitar amplifier myself! It is a Umble pre-amp I built, into a 14 watt TDA2030 power amp section and a enclosed speaker cabinet I built. First time I am using the whole setup on a recording. I am using the AMZ MOSFET Boost I built turned up about halfway, as a buffer stage before the amplifier.
Now I can get the old school sound on new equipment I built myself, this year! Whoohoo! There is NO EQ used on the guitar this is just the pure sound of the guitar and amp with a mike in front of the amp, recorded "dry".
