  • @cedrowski pressure cooking is essentially steaming at high pressure. So yes, you can cook fish, but it will be steamed fish and I think you don't need more than 3 to 5 minutes at pressure. I have never cooked fish, but I don't see why not... it may disintegrate so you'll have to learn as you go good luck

  • Great video! Is it possible to cook fish in this cooker?There no single info about fish in the manual.I mean they should at least write do not cook fish.The manual is useless i learned a lot more from this lady videos than from the manual.

    The ticker as you call it, is actually called the regulator and helps control the pressure, it usually starts, spinning, rocking and hissing at 15 PSI. If you were going to get a stove top version I'd highly recommend getting one with a pressure gage as well.
