@heyhey01ful The first Digimon television series, which began airing on March 7, 1999 in Japan on Fuji TV and Kids Station and on August 14, 1999 in the United States on Fox Kids dubbed by Saban Entertainment for the North American English version. Pokemon anime series came out in 1998 or earlier in that time, but I do believe that pokemon came out a year before Digimon....

I'd say they're both good. They both have unique features that make them different. It's nothing to fight over. It would be cool though if they made a game with Pokemon and Digimon, but that's just my opinion. ;)
