Embarrased General Orakzai running and escaping from questions

Lt.General (r) Orakzai gave interview but when he was questioned about his role in October 12th military coup he started running..The reporter chassed him and at the end he General asked the reporter to not to embarras him further...

I think every journalist has a right to ask questions but every news maker involved has a right to answer in his or her own fashion, or maybe not answer at all. But sometimes it seems enthusiasm, lack of professionalism, an error of judgement, or an outright quest for producing a sensational piece of news get the better of a reporter. Editors, specially in an organization like this one, which is considered reliable, should have their eyes open.

Dear sir, the Generals who never cared for constitution and the rights while violating and dismissing an elected Govt. should be asked questions like this and they should be made example by the media and the civil society that in future these kind of adventures should be avoided.

The retired General is basically a coward. I am sure the likes of him would run if the Indians attack. Following illegal and criminal orders is not a defense. Not since Nuremburg trials.

The Pakistan Army has been advancing the wrong kinds of officers and this characterless kind have moved up.

They cannot make war and cannot make peace. The entire security paradigm is false and designed to benefit generals and has in fact made the country very weak and vulnerable.

This is what the hell you call journalism? Media anchors should know what are their limits? This is totally un-professional behavior by media. Whatever anyone had done, this is their fault. Media has right to come-up with those but within the ethical limits.

If purpose of these useless talk is to get rating then I am sad to say that this is very cheap way.

@az22able I think Logaijan point is valid in general but not for this particular video as this general has been asked for what has effected the whole nation

It doesn't matter whether the guy you are interviewing is good guy or bad. Its not the way to interview someone. Its the same attitude by holding gun on his head and order "say something". In Pakistan we feel joy "look he ran away" but we don't consider our own attitude.
