hey do you really need to leave the space at the top? or can you fill it up all the way without it blowing up?

@p4tyta yes sorry to inform you but we are all bound to the laws of phisics, when things heat up they expand when this happens if you have a sealed container with and the expansion has no where to go, it will explode so always leave 1 inch from the top gap. You will notice after it heats up the gap will magicly dissapear.

In your "Homemade Lava Lamp blue and white" video, the lava blobs look bigger, and there's not too much chaos happening inside the bottle. Did you use different 'servings' of the ingredients in this video? For one, the alcohol being heated up is making bubbles. Second, the lava blobs are smaller. Lastly, the lava moves too fast, esp. compared to your "blue and white" video. I like how the lava looks in the blue and white video; more relaxing.

@SLASHYTO No he said the bees wax was only to cloud the oil so that it isnt transparent... basically it makes the oil look whitish rather than clear... it looks better than transparent oil...
