Republicans Want Middle Class To Starve

This is a sensitive but important topic. While we all defend Social Security, there are also some who would demand a privileged status in their retirement. Grandma on social security isn't "retired" but simply surviving, whereas "retirees" get to play the rest of their lives. So yes, the GOP doesn't give a damn about the middle class, but there's a quiet paternalism by others who feel they deserve more than the Commoners.

I find it funny how the same people who are getting screwed by the government are the same ones who vote Republican, Then they complain when they get screwed over and wonder why it has happened with stupid looks on their face.

@EngineerMK2004 Overbearing control?
You mean like the monopoly crime families running this despotism through their nepotism corporation syndicates? If you desire Free Enterprise then these nasty-nasty corporations must be brought to their knees, and a guild structure must pick up management of productive capital.
Guilds do things like recover ALL wages lost during a layoff, give education during OJT/appreticships, accumulate savings at high interest for pensions.
You can't beat it.

@centurion180ad Yes, we are genuinely in the clutches of tyranny, I will give you that. However, those monopoly men in the political arena include union leaders using union dues to buy votes and promise favors.
When I wrote on picking up a text to learn skills, I spoke not on acquiring diplomas, but rather, reading and letting your skill speak for itself. I've done it. I'm better for it.
Guilds pass the torch, but through overbearing control of their trade. Freedom is better than safety.

@EngineerMK2004 You make it sound as if we are not in the clutches of homicidal fraud-theft despotism, exactly right now. According to Doctor Adam Smith the primary reason for economic stagnation then and now, is a savage injustice peperpetrated by monopoly men colluding with corrupt government.
It is not “easy” to pick up a text, because of the MASSIVE debt inflicted for an increasingly obsolete diploma.
Guilds passed on the torch of knowledge, to the next generation by apprenticeship.

@centurion180ad You may find that there is no absolute way in the approach to a business. Guilds sprang up to control the market and eliminate competition. They were a primary reason that we stayed in the same caste-like system for centuries. With the industrial revolution and the mass production of printed works, it has become increasingly easier for anyone to pick up a text on any subject, no mater how heady, and learn an art or skill in order to go into a profession themselves, alone.

@EngineerMK2004 BULLSHIT, but I mean it in a nice way.
Organized labor according to the principles of Doctor Adam Smith, is the ONLY way to initiate and properly maintain a rising standard of living, though he never used as many words.
It is clear that to have Free Enterprise AT ALL, requires what was named in Doctor Smith's day Guilds, the precursor to a modern union which in actuality is a REGRESSION, a step //downward// from Guilded Labor.

The sentiment is valid, but the notion that any 1 party is doing this is asinine. Thomas Jefferson warned us that when you see a change in Congress but the agenda is not altered, that you are under a despotism. This is a Don King fight, and both major factions are crooked as a dog’s hind leg, TRAITORS!
-
Organized labor does not equal middle class or decent jobs. I'm middle class, have a decent job, and don't belong to a union. I've only ever been screwed over by unions. They produce incompetent managers and poor products. It's why foreign markets are eating us alive. I'm in a meritocratic organization because I picked myself up and got here, and so can you. You don't need the unions and you don't need the Democrats, or Republicans for that matter. You are the one you've been waiting for!

The Republican, have no hearts they want the same people to remain rich and the poor of the citizens to be what they have already be come homeless and hungry. The middle class will be come the new poor this is what the Republican want.
The GOP don't give one goddam about the middle class.
