what is best best plane to start on that is cheap and wont break easily and is very easy to control

Definitely not this one. I would suggest getting a Multiplex easystar (that's what I learned to fly on), or i guess the new thing today is the hobbyzone subercub. With either plane get the RTF version (Ready to Fly) comes w/ the transmitter, battery, and a battery charger. Good Luck!
