Sweet! I had one big incision n 4 small ones with a whole in the back of my leg.. scars nice n fully healed now tho, barely even see it :) How's it going with you now?? 2 years since I had mine n not all that bad, still get aches n pains sometimes but its gonna hapen, eh? :D

Its been almost 2 years now, its all good but i still get the aches depending on the wheather. Other than that its great !

ture i went with the patella, man this shit hurts!!. but, im moving a lil better on day 3. I got the pcm machine iused it once, im not using it until i take the dressing off. ITS way too painful and idont have no more pain killers.

Ask for more pain killers !!! Otherwise its just gonna keep hurting.

I had my surgery on April 19th. I've been doing really well!! I'm going to the doctor in 2 days and hopefully he will tell me I can go back to gymnastics :))) it's been almost 4 months and I'm dying to get back to competing

@tayla12354 i had surgery april 25 and my knee wont straighten either. might be scar tissue blocking. im 14. did u end up having the second operation? how did it go ?

Just had mine done 2 days ago.. I can't take any pain pills it feels alot better now

i has surgery on march 21st on my right knee i had acl reconstruction and mensicus repair. im going to physio but my knee still wont straighten so im more likely to go in for another operation. im 15 and a girl and i love sports and i cant do anything and im still on crutches iv done hydrotherapy and normal therapy and my knee is just not straightening has this happened to anyone else??

they didnt use staples in mine,i got stitches that that went away over time.i had surgry on feb 10,2011

my scars are very small a few small incisions, I was given an epidural and anastatia and they froze my leg, so I wouldnt feel the post-op pain. I would say it worked because I barely felt anything except for the numbness of my legs.

i had one 2 weeks ago, and i stayed in a hospital for 24 hours only... didnt have any pain after surgery as so many people say, and i was taking painkillers only for 3 days after surgery... so wasnt that bad, wasnt it? now is the longer part of ACL injury... rehabilitation...
