    i agree with MrNizchetus, start adding strangers whos interests match your own, for example PHOTOGRAPHY, TRAVEL, DOGS, then you will see how dynamic G+ is.... here is a start...go to Google+ then in the search box type DOGSCIRCLE then add me to your circle DOGS or ANIMALS if you like dogs...
