I think if Pechurskiy would have started the game would have had a very different outlook. Curry just had too much pressure and clearly couldn't handle it.

That game was so insane to watch. When they finally pulled Curry I was so like "Oh shit!" But i was so thilled to see this kid "Pechy" stand his ground and trust his instincts . He came out of nowhere and made a great first impression. To go in so unprepared and fresh and not let another 4 goals in that was as good for me as the team winning. He should so get promoted after this. He was the best player on the Pens that night.

poor pechurskiy, the tri city americans are my home team, thats the team he WAS on, they dropped him! i was F-ing pissed! he was hell of a lot better than Owsley. so to zonkedforlife2, hes not making any money.

I remember watching him in this game, I thought he played great for his first nhl game, especially like a talented team like the Canucks.

It was classy as hell for the Vancouver folks to give him third star. Glad I finally found this interview somewhere. I had to be in class for that game.
