"african leaders good? governance" This is a testimony that MOIF is ignorant of AFRICA and its leaders of today! Gone are the GOOD days of Nyerere, Nasser and Kwame-Nkrumah. As far as we AFRICANS are concerned MOII Foundation is out to promote corruption and wickedness! we AFRICANS are clamouring for EDUCATION, HEALTH and SOCIAL RELIEF not a prize to support wicked and corrupt leaders
