The goals is to not lose money.
Use the free credits and pick offers with high conversion rates
Begin Market & Competitor Research

Go to the search engines and type in the keywords that will be used in the campaigns
Observe what other people are doing
Use the same style as the competition, but don't copy other people's work.
Check what the competition is bidding on each keyword
Check their landing pages. Which sales techniques are they using, direct linking, re-directs, etc...
Build The Campaign

Use tightly related keywords in each ad group
Keep everything relevant to the keywords, which will increase your quality scores.
Everything must relate back to the keywords, including the ad and the landing pages.
Try different products and techniques until you find something that works.
Then, take that model and scale it up.
