when i was seeing if everything on mine worked i hit the throttle a little

@origamiperson16 Check to see if the letters on the prop are facing forward. If they are, switch 2 wires on the esc...if they are facing to the rear - you have the prop on backwards...that should do it...this is a fun plane to fly!!!!

@origamiperson16 OK..make sure the letters on the prop are facing forward. There are 3 wires going from the motor to the esc. Disconnect two of those wires at the bullet connectors and plug them into the other wire....this is of course if you have a brushless motor/esc setup. If you have the old brushed system....I have no idea.....
