there is a lot of room in lobos' music for contrast. try experimenting with playing softer for some parts. Listen to the pros and you'll hear a lot of contrast in sound and color.
well done, it has a very good flow and your harmonics are very clear. i would like to hear you in a different recording with better lighting.

aw c'mon tabs are fine as long as you know what you're playing. you're a good guitar player and you've earned your opinions but i think that's a little pretentious

wow i'm not going to lie, this is a hard piece. good job

I would agree with you, but in this age of globalization 3.0, printed music is all digitized, a lot of it in guitar pro format, where you are presented with the original score along with a TAB of fingering suggestions which you can edit to your preference.

you are doing a great job in the third part (so difficult to play musically)
cheers
You play beautifully! i love this piece and i love how you play it. it sounds great! and i am so glad that you think printed music is the correct way to play because it is! i love it(:

hey man nice playing i just finished the mazurka choro for my repertoire (study classical guitar in college). I actually just wanted to ask if thats a Ramirez S1?

Thanks. It's actually not a Ramirez, it's an Antonio Picado that I purchashed in 2005. I actually just bought a new guitar in October, so this is now my backup guitar.

were you working from the power tab or the guitar pro tab ? your fingering is quite different from the way I learned it but sounds just as good all the same. Could you try record it again with better lighting on the fretboard ?

I don't work from tab at all. In order to play this music correctly it is always best to work from the printed music, the way the composer intended. This way it is possible to make decisions about fingerings that will help to bring out the lines the way that the performer wants to interpret them.
I don't think this music, or any music, can be properly performed from TAB.
