Hi, I need to model the dynamics and control of AFM for my senior project. can you please let me know what program did you use? and did you actually input the modelling equations to simulate the behavior of the AFM cantilever and the deflection due to attraction and repulsion? or you just fixed the animation to look more like the real behaviour?
