Tutorial: Walk through wall effect PT 1

(THIS IS VERY OLD AND OUT OF DATE BUT I AM LEAVING IT UP.)

Here it is finally. This is part 1 of 2 of my tutorial on how to walk through walls. You need to have atleast a basic understanding of how FXHome's Composite Lab Pro works to understand this but its not hard at all. Hope it is helpful to everyone!

use but if you search on youtube for "after effects lightning tutorial" you will find someone elses most likely. If you cannot find one for after effects after searching youtube, let me know and I'll try to make one for you.

ahhh... i have a problem, i'm stuck at the from 0 trancperency to 100 when i do that the background gets darker and darker, and when i reach 100 everything around me is pitch black except for me. think u can help me out?

Try switching your videos around move top one to bottom one.. Make sure you are working with the clean video while making your mask. Email if that doesn't work.

How to ruin a tutorial with music at insane volume... What a bummer...

I don't know what you mean. The only "MUSIC" is for about 30 secs at the beginning and end of the tutorial and it is definately not at an insane volume. The actual tutorial doesn't have ANY music at all in it. Maybe try turning your volume down.

I dont like it with the fade. Like the girl in X-Men goes straight thru with no fades just her shape. The first 3 were good and the 4th was also good just less cool to me
