Para el que no sabe nada de vegetarianismo aca hay un libro muy bueno se llama "LA NUTRICION INTELIGENTE" POR SACHA BARRIO, pueden comprarla y ahi tendran las pruebas irrefutables de porque comer carne no solo nos hace daño, daña el planeta y es muy inhumano.

GraCias pOR subir este videO!!! La verdad si pienzo aser un cambio en mi vida y lo are por el bien mio. Y aparte es muy triste tener que ver hasta donde hemos llegado =( pObres animales ellos tambn forman parte de nuestro ambiente y tener que matarlos sabiendo que hay otras maneras mejores de alimentarnos. ME are vegetariana NO CARNE! Piensen tambnien que muchos animales estan en extincion!!!!!!
