Reaaaaally spooky !! Having visited Dallas and Dealey Plaza myself, it is really creepy to see that last shot at 0:21, when the motorcade has just turned unto Main street and you can see the clearing of Dealey Plaza at the end of the road !! Notice also that at that moment, agent Clint Hill is still riding on the back of JFK's limo, right behind Jackie ! At Dealey Plaza, with thinning crowds and the parade basically over, he unfortunately left his position ... and the rest is history ...

This was obvously taken from the Secret Service follow up car. There must be more than 22 seconds available. Look at the still shot to see if you can see who is filming this.

@danmo783 This is not an official film! jfk's friend and asst, Dave Powers shot this film from halfback. The film was not edited. He was just shooting different points in the motorcade and the crowds., he did not have much film left. He ran out several minutes before Dealey Plaza. Nothing sinister here.
