I think this is substantial evidence. It would have to be a pretty damn elaborate hoax, if it's not. For every hour of flight, there is an hour of maintenance that goes into a helicopter. Is it really worth their time to waist that type of money... dropping some guy off in the middle of nowhere... just to use up a ton of gas flying back and forth to make a fake bigfoot video. I don't think so. A lot of time and money would have gone into this one, just to be posted on youtube. Seems pretty real.
