FSAE Sales Presentation Tips Part 1

The SAE Detroit Section hosted a workshop that provided valuable information to make Formula SAE design teams more successful. The section encouraged SAE student chapters to bring their Formula SAE vehicles to discuss problems and share ideas with fellow student members. Each chapter had time to informally discuss the same topics as the speakers (team issues, vehicle issues, resources).

What was Covered?
Team issues:
• Leadership, team management and transition
• Time management
• Sponsorship, publicity, budget management

Vehicle issues:
• Vehicle design
• Suspension and chassis trends
• Optimizing vehicle performance

Resources:
• A Rules Committee Representative was be available to answer questions.
• A Formula SAE Judge was be available to answer questions.
