This is the video of Joe Jackson's single I'm The Man, from around 1978. Apologies for the poor sound quality, and the washing machine noise in the background-but this video is too cool to miss!!

This video changed my life. And now I look back on it and I think, "Man...what a lousy video!" One of the best songs ever, but I agree, Joe was no video darling. But then again, the producers didn't give him much to work with.

So I guess you saw the better quality "I'm the Man" in my list which is now no longer at number 9. I would have to agree that Joe is very video-talented, but then I'm biased.

twisteddsister, thanks for the Joe Jackson videos; kinda odd, how he's often cited as an artist that was hurt by the video revolution, 'cuz he was supposedly "not video oriented". The videos on your page show he was very video-talented.

twisteddsister, it isn't there. I'm asking for this same video that bexappeal recorded off a TV with a microphone while doing his laundry, only I want it recorded properly. All the "related videos" are live performances or different songs.
