Crowded bus stop in Vancouver, BC - June 14 2008.

Some pictures of a crowded bus stop on the # 19 to Metrotown Station in Vancouver, BC. This is the most crowded bus stop I've ever seen. Many buses were dispatched to pick up the passengers, but many of the buses were already full when the bus arrived at Joyce and Kingsway, where the pictures were taken. This caused severe congestion at bus stops. This was caused by a incident on the Skytrain between Patterson and Metrotown Skytrain stations. More details are not released yet.

That's brutal. I heard someone fell in front of the train. I heard both that it was a jumper and that it was someone who had a heart attack and fell so I'm not sure which it is

Just goes to show you why people would rather drive than take a bus. Tranlink is really Transtink!
