I dont think they hate eachother it's just the press hyping things up about their situation at McLaren. They are good friends in reality.

They actually walk through the same doorway into the gym. They have just been changing in the changing room. Alonso won that bit but lost his advantage when he had to get his jeans back out to get a pound to put in his locker. Lewis forgot his pound too but his dad appeared and gave him one at just the right moment.
