2008 was truly a remarkable year for China. The disasters, the triumphs, everything that had happened in 2008 had sought to unify China even more than before.

Take the Sichuan Earthquakes, China mobilized and acted promptly to such a horrific disaster, people were willing to die (and some soldiers did die, in fact) to save the ones still trapped, to bring necessary supplies to those who needed it most.

China, you are the mother to my family and will always remain with us.
