Hi Amanda! I really am experiencing hunger too. I'm glad because it lets me know that i need to eat. God bless you and look to Him for help. He knows us best and wants to transform our former unhealthy ways of coping.

Embrace your loss, no matter how big or how small. Try and get all your fluids in, because it does help with the weight loss. You are doing just fine. Hang in there. :-)

A loss is a loss girl! Good for you!

your body is just taking a break! if your not getting in your water then your body will not flush out the fat. make sure you get in your liquids and your protein and you will lose next week. I started lossing bigger numblers when i started regular excercise. your doctor will ok you for more excercise around six weeks so dont worry it will come off! let your body heal!

I forgot to mention that the books I have been reading and other videos I have watched it is pretty normal to be tired the 1st month!

Hey there girlie! You need to take your pills, eat your protein, stay away from your simple carbs, and start walking again. You fell off the wagon and need to jump back on! Simple carbs cause hunger for everyone including post WLS patients!!!! Re-evaluate your exercise and diet, write everything down in your food journal including calories etc... Make yourself accountable. I know I haven't been there yet but, I expect you to do the same for me if and when this happens to me. I'm here for ya!.

At three weeks out I was still on mushy food. I think you might want to slow down on eating crunchy cookie type things and also carbs generate head hunger in my opinion.
I am putting a shout out to my youtube family to help support one of my youtube friends jhernand29
