The prologue of my first Half-Life 2 series, Justice Served.

Two run of the mill cops, Officer Dan and Officer Rivearie, try to keep City 17 clean of crime until a new super villian, Super Criminal: Antonio Reverez steps up to test their authority and try to take over City 17.
