how do you select what DMX channel it is on, i have LED par's that are 4 channel, first channel - half is strobe speed half is dimmer, channel 2 is red, 3 is green, 4 is blue.

i have the dj scan 250 and dj spot 250 so this would work? and i have to go in the middle of the channels? i didnt get that i had to do that lol

I had the same issue I had to wait and for theupdate and do a new download
then it worked
tru a uninstall and redownload the program and retry
