I'm Polish and in 2004 I thought it was great that we entered EU, now in 2011 when I grew up with politician knowledge I know we got fucked up. The picture that EU is shown in TV is false especially that is shown in eastern Europe. Dont believe in that crap, so far only British government is able to speak it up that EU is a failure.

The Roman Empire was not a voluntary federation of willing states and peoples, but a superstate built by war and terror, by a people who possessed a unique understanding of power, at every level from the international down to the individual. Screw 'colonial guilt' - Europe would be a much better place if the Hohenzollerns, Romanovs, Hapsburgs, Bonapartes, Bourbons, Savoys and Windsors were still running things. The only viable unifying force in Europe is still the original one - Catholicism.
