It Seems that you know nothing about APD. first of all APD cant be cured and its not a disorder that is easily found in people. people with APD are extremely manipulative and blend perfectly into society. secondly, your just being an rebellious sob about the drugs because, doctors almost never give people with APD drugs. Rarely doctors find people with APD before they are on Death Row for crime. and yes this is a disorder. It pisses me off seeing all these people that are so ignorant

The majority of sociopaths will go undiagnosed because they don't cause problems, you only diagnose the ones who either seek help (which is extremely unlikely) or have run ins with the law, so your sample set is already profoundly biased right there

And the legal system is biased in favor of women a lot of the time, and psychiatrists in the United States have biases as well, so you have no way of knowing the ratio of female to male sociopaths.

Oh wait you're using APD.
