What can I say about Maverick? He looks like Fabio...and we need a ton of work.
Contacts - Instructor assigned this game. Basically I have to be as "up" as he is, and run with the contacts. LOTS of excitement and motion. Trying to make him understand he needs to stop, no matter what. So far he LOVES this game. We have been adding lots of "racing" and you cant have it to really build him up. I probably shouldnt race him since thats been a big issue, but he enjoys it :D.
circle work - these clips were from awhile back. His first time really doing "circle" work like this. I had the leash on at first because I didnt expect him to do it, but I forgot that circle work looks a lot like heeling rofl. Need to master it ALL while running and with a toy.
CONES! - I love the cones. He does them really well, and collects around them really well. Now we have done a lot of cone work. The main goal here is to just RUN and when I turn he needs to collect and follow me, while I run. *cough* MOTION! Lol, I added in one jump to see what would happen. Going to keep it there the next few sessions and just work with it until he can collect then I will add another one around another cone. See how that goes.
Overall I am proud of the baby dog. He has a lot of work ahead of him. A lot more foundation to do, and a lot of work ethic and drive for the sport and focusing on me that needs to be built up. Nothing good ever happens overnight.

@AppyCollie Thanks! He really is a speedy boy! Which is why I am trying to work on his motion and collecting haha.
