  • you lost me when you broke out with that stuff you called ham. I'm from NC and that is called luncheon meat down here. It should be against the law to cook with that tasteless crap.

  • dude your not thinking if the bigger picture, I live in NC too and I understand what your calling "real" ham...but 99.9% of the viewers cant find that ham...so if I used it in a video..I'd get 1,000 comments saying "I cant find it"..so that is why I use the luncheon meat....you the best ham you can find...how is that?

  • Looks good, but what you said @ 2:50 "easily enough for two people"- no way, I would have no problem devouring that whole thing in one sitting

  • @keithsnow It's the same ham, ham is ham.

  • Thanks a ton for putting all these videos up, they are very informative, and I really like how you explain what kind of equipment you use in every vid. Please ignore these other fools that dwell on useless details, and whom are not contributing anything but their ignorant opinions.

I have a question about knives. What kind do you use, and why?

    Thanks.

  • in London England luchoneon meat is very simula to us Spam it comes in a curcula can
