  • i thought 621 AOK was the first ever mini?

  • I believe a few earlier prototype models still exist. I've heard lots of different stories but 621 AOK is still regarded as the first. But saying that the final Mini to come off the Longbridge production line (which is also in the Heritage Museum), wasn't actually the final Mini made, because it was taken off the line earlier in readiness for the press.

  • nice video. thanks for sharing. kindly post more "Car's the star" video if you have them. thanks again. :)

  • Being a Mini fan means this is the only one I have. But there are other episodes available on YouTube if you search.

  • @nipperoid 621 AOK was the first off the production line. It's on display at the Heritage Museum in Gaydon. Of course there were prototypes before that but not official production line vehicles.

  • You can tell Quentin Willson likes Mini's

  • Whats the tune that starts at 7.00?

  • It's an British icon, this small little car that was built for economy, has become the image of Britain. My mum had one as her first car. Every Brit knows someone or they've own a Mini. Why I love this little car! :)

  • Who is the driver @ 2:13 Paddy Hopkirk or the "Flying Finn" Tommi Mäkinen?

    John K Lindgren
