  • Thanks...this is very nice. My kids love it. Please upload more such videos for all age groups.

  • sorry if i made n e mistakes / errors in the explanation... if n e one notices this plz correct me, thanks

  • @Jamesbamba "riha haan" gets shortened to either "ria haan", "riaa'n" or "riaa waan" depending on the region and dialect.... the "ate" is the standard form of the shorter "te" (meaning 'and').... "eh" means this and in speech most speakers are mostly likely to either say "aa" or "eh", again depending on the region.... and "hai" can be expressed as "aa", "ay", "haiga / haigi", although there are other alternatives as well... don't worry though, what u wrote was totally correct

  • @Jamesbamba thanks man.... i'd just like to make a few points if u dnt mind....

although what you wrote is correct, it is a colloquial form of expression, which is used when speaking... if the sentence was written in the standard, formal way of writing Punjabi, it would be as follows:

"bahut shukriya ji, main punjabi boli sikhh riha haan ate mainun eh film pasand hai"

  • wow, this is great. Thanks for helping me to learn your language!

  • bot shukriya ji. meiN Punjabi boli sikh ryaa vaaN tae menooN e film pasand e.

  • very nice, thanks
