LK has higher priority than LP. Kicks always have priority over punches.

There is no attack with a lower priority than Light punch, it has the lowest. This technique is called priority selecting and is used in many tactics, not just option select throw. But it is impossible to priority select a light punch.

If light kick is the lowest priority attack, why is light kick the primary outcome when you press light punch and light kick at the same time while crouched? If light punch is higher priority than light kick, then light punch should come out.

@toobakedtooplay Since you're pressing DB, it's not, you can't throw while crouching. But LP+LK techs throws regardless of what direction you're pressing.
