O.o what does the special skill potential do?

Increases the amount of bonus points you get at every level up. This means you can increase your stats faster.

Miu, Felicia gets it pretty early game so they can have some crazy status.. while Prinny (the only other person) get it later.

The new DLC costumes does have this ability too for some other characters I believe.
