My first day back after not lifting for 8 months!
This was biceps, back and abs night...but I only got to film the bicep curls until failure portion. Im starting off light, and not too worried about form right now. Just getting my body used to the weights again.

  • @boochieboy814 your genetics allow you to eat a lot of calories without putting on a lot of fat so if your wanting to gain muscle easier eat atleast 20 x your body weight in pounds of calories so im guessing you should try to eat around 2600 calories every day and try to get them without eating loads of shit. salmon and cream cheese go well and is good for bulking :)

  • Dude start eating big clean calories, I guarantee you'll gain more muscle.

    Even try a weigh gainer.

  • @604redneck How tall are you man? My weight fluctuates from 140 to 148 almost on a weekly basis and I'm about 6'0 and I weight train pretty heavily and barely do any cardio. 180 is my goal weight any advice?
