Elvis was such an amazing singer. This is a beautiful old Swedish song, written by Carl Boberg (1859-1940), melody Swedish folksong. In Sweden most known version by late religious singer Artur Erikson. It´s available here at Youtube. Original title: O store Gud ( Oh great God).

although we look at him as a mythical figure,he was just a man ..a reg man with a very sick body which led to pain killers, which led to addiction ,like it does to millions of people, between that and his love for fatty fried southern food,it led to a heart attack...i am the biggest elvis fan in the world..i listen to him every day,,,but those are the simple facts about a simple man we call elvis..tcb..steve mitchell

TCE Steve.
Let the lesson of Elvis Presley remind young people that drug abuse took the life of a man who had the world in the palm of his hand, and cut short an amazing career that no doubt would have continued to touch peoples lives for many years to come.
