It is not necessary to cook fried rice using a lot of oil. As long as the wok is preheated well and the stirring is well, it can be as delicious as that in any Chinese restaurant.

Anchovy!! In fried rice... I think i'll pass.
Fry anchovies till crispy. They are to be sprinkled on the rice when it is done. :)
The types of anchovies used are dried ones.
I will show you a detailed one this week.
