@MaskedMan66 That's true. The disorienting pace can simply be chalked up to the Rani fucking with time.
As for the Fourth Doctor looking the way he does, just say its due to the aforementioned timefuckery. The capture of One and Two is having a deteriorating effect on him. He DOES act as if he's ailing. That could extend to all the Doctors looking older. This is touched upon in "Timecrash"

The Sixth Doctor meeting the brigadier, Nyssa and Peri together, Davison and Pertwees performance and of course any chance to see Ace, the best and most redeemable parts of this story, it just didn't make sense, Tom Baker in that room with the mike and no wig, the random switching of doctors and companions for no reason, why that girl in dungries pushed liz off of rani and then ran off, why romana was there, if I had to put this into canon i would say a dream, a wacked out dream in the Tardis
