My personal opinion is if you could somehow work in a tardis sound mix at varying points it would thread a bit of impact. Say around the 1.30 mark as a lead into the Dr Who theme proper, the timing is from your web link. I am thinking it drops a bit through that section 1.35 through to 2.03. Using the Tardis sound or variation would power through that area, I hope you can see where I am going, if not, ignore the ravings of an old man..lol
