Maybe in your country McDonald's isn't as processed as it is here, but seriously, there are TONS or preservatives and additives in fast food (and also the stuff that makes you addicted to it.) Sure if you eat too much of something you can get sick, still, that doesn't mean that what you put in your mouth doesn't count.

Having a varied diet is a good thing, I know, but eating only vegetables for a month is NOT the same thing as eating McDonalds for a month, lol.

fact is that even if you eat a piece of the finnest meat in the world or the best vegetable there is every day of the week threetimes a day for a month like they do in supersize me you can get real fat or really sick

by the way i´m not an american... i´m from spain (europe) and if you think i´m a fat guy think again, i height of 1 m 79 cm and i weight 63.5 kilograms

i think that mc donalds or anything like that isn´t unhealthy, it´s just that when you eat a lot of fast food you do get fat, i mean like eight times a week or so, but if you eat it three or four times a week, nothing should happen unless you have some tipe of disorder in your body
