Bob Eubanks promoted the Beatles in the 60s when they were at the Hollywood Bowl. He's worked with some other artists over the years including the Stones and Merle Haggard.

@ShaDeed329 - Eubanks was a DJ in L.A. prior to his being forever famous (or infamous, depending on one's P.O.V.) as emcee of "The Newlywed Game," so in that sense his subbing would've made sense.
