  • @garciajero Thank you, my grandbaby from the UK. =)

  • If i could i would eat them but i dont have the ingredients here in germany

  • @VayaConTiozLP - I'm glad you like the recipe. The ingredients are....uncooked oats....the whites of eggs....and the artificial sweetner, splenda. If you eat sugar, you can use it instead of splenda, and you can also use regular syrup or jam. Of course, doing this will increases the calories of the recipe.

  • @TenaciousBeautyShow Thank you, I look forward to knowing you better.

  • Looks good. I enjoyed watching your video. I am subscribing : )

  • @ShrinkingSusieQ , I have a couple of microwave protein powder video recipes posted at my DietHobby channel. I call one a protein cupcake and one a protein cookie. I don't choose to add protein powder to this recipe because it already has egg whites in it and is filling enough. My individual daily protein requirement is only 60 grams..more than that will trigger gluconeogenesis, creating glucose-and triggering insulin production--the way carbs do.

  • I must try these. Have you ever added protein powder to them? I'm wondering if it would work.
