  • I'm impressed by the skills of Sifu Sergio in this video, making Sifu Hawkes look bad. But I've been told there's two kind of men: the ones that can rise by themselves and the ones that needs to put others down to look good... If it's not the case, then I'm mistaking. If so why don't u go humiliating people like you did here (with probably chosen parts with Sifu Hawkes) let say in UFC or in any real fighting event? I'd like to have a feedback on how you think you 'll will rank in real fight.

  • Id love to see a chi sau session Sifu Sergio and Sifu Emin :)

  • omg OHLINS arms golden series suspension!:P fantastic skill!!!

  • @recan888

he's not Hawkins Cheung.. he's just a student with a similar name :D

i though i could see the real hawkins in action too bad... :(

  • @2112chewie Yep: totally agree with your comment.

  • @recan888 Because Chi Sau is not real fighting. Just because one can have some skill in chi sau doesn't mean it will translate in a real fight. Second, in Chi sau there are no rules. In mma there are rules, and a single rule will limit the true flow of a fight. He would not honestly be able to express himself in the situation being presented to him at the time.

  • @recan888

Ok you got a point here. It's not necessary to to apply any force in chi sao. Your are right. But since his not hurting him its not that grave for me.

  • @suissecarnifex Having a different point of view is OK since we talk respectfully.

But just watch the video: At one point he sent him on the wooden dummy, I guess if Hawkes didn't get hurt on this one, he can only thank himself.

Just tell uswhat is "demonstrated" when you push people this far doing Chi Sao, as you said, and on this anyone agree: it's not fighting. So here's my question:

"Since it's not fighting what is the point of applying such a force in a technical drill?"

  • @suissecarnifex Thank you for pointing what everybody's knowing already. Still, I know a cheap humiliation when I see one.

I think you're getting it but you're obviously overlooking the point:

Since it's not fighting, there is not point to push people around that far.

To show superior skills you don't need to go that far, I might be wrong but that's my point of view.

Then, if "one" is so good, why not taking a step further in a real fight.full stop.

Try understanding this concept. Bless you.

  • the music is fantastic !!!! the story is that all the different style of wing weng yong chun tsun just slow down the level of the ART just like more tecnique means less quality and even missing the real part "DINAMIC" and the only master i found teaching a real street and walkin art is Master Marco Mattioni that cames always from two pioneers of wt Milan Prosenica , and Nick Smart they finished the old LT system when nobody knows it and K.K was not still a white T-shirt check it out
