  • are they 4 sale?

  • These horses were for sale at the Ocala Breeders Sales auction back in 2007.

  • lol Love it. Bored horses are sometimes the cutest horses. Some of these guys remind me of some of ours at home. And I love the music! I can tell it's a different arrangement of Dave Brubeck's "Take Five." Who's the artist of this arrangement?

  • The music is a old ska track by Val Bennett called "The Russians are Coming". Yes, it's a steal from "Take 5".

  • Is Ocala the name of your barn,

    or in Florida?

  • Ocala is the name of the city where the track/training center/sales pavillion is.

  • Poor babies are bored.

  • Pardon me.

  • @7466309change ...I know horses need time outside

But you don't know how much time they spend outside to make a comment, all you saw were short videos of their faces.

  • @gcpropertymanagement I supose it can but mine is 25 does this.I had sence yearling. She isn,t misserable feeling or looking. She even has a pony stallion to winnie to.scratch too.She is thoughbred never raced tho.

  • you can tell the bord from lack of walking, chewing as they need.

  • @HazardousAmusement a horse needs a lot outside to help his brain. My friend had race horses he had each cliant in a quater acher outside corral with grass.Stallions where alone but mares got to mingle. These did not crib or windsuck, wave or pester the doors, yawn. They had the racer time on tracks too.Very nice to be able to be out acting like a horse should.Mentally knowing they are horses and eatting grass.

  • @7466309change how do you know how much time he spends inside?

  • This is negative aspect of the racing industry. The chestnut who is starting to place his mouth on his stall and pull back is starting to crib. This can lead to a lifetime of being miserable and having a potentially disabling habit which, if he is lucky, will be treated by wearing a metal collar which can cause sores on his neck.

The vast majority will not earn enough to be kept and they will end up anywhere. I am Thorobred fan and this is not cute. I respect the horse for what he is.
